REACH VILLA LIVIA
IN AUTO
From North: Highway A12 exit towards Rosignano Marittimo, take direction Rome – Grosseto of the motorway Aurelia SS1 and exit in San Vincenzo Nord. After the underpass at the roundabout turn right and proceed for the city centre following the seaside. Before the Church' Square turn on the left in Via Gorgona (it is possible to park there only for the time of pick up/drop off the baggage), to develop the procedure of arrival/registration and payment continue straight in Corso Italia until the second street on the right, Via Costa in the limited traffic area, there you will find Residence Villa Piani. The Reception's office of the Residence entrance by Via Costa n. 3.
From the South: Highway A12 Roma-Civitavecchia, exit Civitavecchia towards Grosseto; take the motorway Grosseto – Livorno and exit in San Vincenzo South. Reach the old Aurelia SS1 and turn on the right, at the third roundabout turn left direction Piombino/Centre, at the next roundabout turn right and proceed in Corso Italia. After the Curch'Square turn left and return to Corso Italia (which is one way), at the second street on the right, Via Costa in the limited traffic area, there you will find Residence Villa Piani.
