1) Signing of the Contract of Lease
2) The amount of the stay must be paid as follows:
50% of the total of the stay as a down payment at the confirmation of the booking and at the time of signature of the Contract of Lease;
The rest must be paid at the moment of the delivery of the keys
3) Besides the amount of the stay the costumer will have to pay € 130,00 as a security deposit, in cash or credit card, that will be fully refunded upon departure, unless there are outstanding charges in case of damage or loss to the property during your stay or other services. In this case that charge will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference refunded to you.
4) cleaning of the kitchen is in charge to the guest, otherwise there will be a surcharge of € 26,00
5) Other services not included will be agreed and paid directly on the spot at the time of the arrival.
6) Check-in and check-out times:
(A) from 01/01/12 to 26/05/12 and from 01/09/12 to 23/03/13 check-in is from 10:00 to 12:00 – check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00;
(B) from 26/05/12 to 01/09/12 check-in is on Saturdays from 17:00 to 19:00 check-out is on Saturdays from 08:00 to 10:00 (in this period for arrival in a different day of the week the check-in and check-out times valid are from period A)
7) In case of cancellation the penalty are the following: 25% of the amount paid as a down payment from 59 to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the total of the amount paid as a down payment from 29 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay, 100% of the entire amount of the stay after that. If the apartment is booked again at the same conditions we will refund 100% of the amount paid for the entire stay, excluding the initial 25% penalty calculated on the amount paid as a down payment.
